Email From Homeowner: Immediate Attention Required: Lawn Maintenance Issues at 6178 Baymeadows Dr. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the condition of my lawn at 6178 Bay Meadows Dr., Windsor 80550. Highland Meadows. The lawn has numerous problem areas, including spots where grass is not growing, pervasive dandelions, and wide blade grass. Additionally, last year, the outer edges of my lawn were damaged due to your services and subsequently replaced with sod that does not match the existing grass. This discrepancy is visibly noticeable and detracts from the overall appearance of my lawn. It is evident that my lawn is not receiving the requisite level of care and maintenance. Hello Janet, The irrigation to Patios II was just activated fully at the end of the day on Monday. With that being said, I am optimistic that adequate irrigation will help this lawn grow in more evenly. I have many photos of trailers and equipment parked on this homeowners lawn for days on end, so it does not surprise me that there are sections that are not growing in as evenly as others. Thanks, |
