From: cda3514 Dear Ms. Waters, Thank you for hiring an extremely competent snow removal contractor! Their performance is like night and day compared to the crew from two winters ago when we first moved here. The snow had not even finished coming down for 24 hours when I heard them out there shoveling before 5 AM this morning. Also, they are now clearing the homeowner’s driveway and front walkway – all the way up to the front door – which the previous contractor NEVER did. Thank you again. We really appreciate it. Carl D.
