Hello Riley,
Can you have irrigation person check this area.
This homeowner thinks or through his plumber that we have an irrigation
issue in the tract.
His sump pump has been on all summer , along with 2 of his neighbors and
they feel it is district over watering or irrigation break causing the
issue.
