We are very disappointed in the way you over trimmed the beautiful hedge behind our property at 2633 Lochbuie Cir. It used to give us some privacy from walkers. Now it has been so severely cut back, it provides little privacy. That type of shrub should be trimmed in late winter or early spring, not the fall. All the red was taken out by the clumsy approach you take to your landscaping. You have too many young people who don’t know what they are doing and are unsupervised. We continue to be unhappy with your work and would like to see your contract terminated. Bill Thomas |

Your board members sent me the following email this evening. ” Hi, Rane. I walked through the neighborhood today and noticed the shrubbery was trimmed – and ones with white flags were not. It all looks great. Please thank your crew. Yesterday I noticed one of the crew pulling a paper out of his pocket and looking at it and then the houses. I don’t know who it was, but I appreciate his attention to detail and addresses.

With that being said, your email, just like the others, are only thinking about your property and not the HOA as a whole and what we were instructed to do. Did you ask if we were told to trim those shrubs? No. The board wanted those pruned along with hundreds of other shrubs around the property. When I told you to reach out to the board about your irrigation issue earlier in the year, you did not and I heard nothing from the board and we went along with business as usual. It sounds like you and the board need to have a conversation about 2 things, 1. how communication should work. (aka. being productive and professional) 2. what your board of directors is directing us to do around your property before you lash out at us.
