Is the landscape company responsible for fertilizing or weed control? On
the east side of Harmony between Silvergate Rd and Seneca there are large
areas of almost dead grass. Al we ever see is that they drown it in
water, but never do anything else (fertilize, weed control, or adjust
irrigation heads). The grass is mowed two different levels creating
stripes and uneven grass growth.
What can you do to get their attention on these issues? Thank you for your
help.
