Carrie,
There has been a leak across the street from 4990 Georgetown Dr. for three
weeks. Your lawn people don’t seem to care enough to report it to their own
people.
Also, the eyebrow in the same general area is dying from lack of water.
I’ve wrote you about this several times going all the way back to April.
The new sprinkler heads that they put in is not sufficient for that area
nor is the amount of water that they use. I am all for saving money, but
not at the cost of getting dead grass and leaky valves. Our grounds have
not looked so bad ever until you guys took over.
Please do not just forward this to the maintenance people. Please actually
do something about it this time. We have communicated before and I kind of
like you. But business is business. And you and your company are not doing
your job.
See if you can do a better job this time. I’m not happy with this
management company or how my money is being spent. If I get on the board
the first thing I will do is put an end to this bad service.
