Hi, We live at 3402 A Seneca St. Over the past couple months, the
sprinkler head at out mailboxes was leaking, running in the street and It
was reported. Precision has been out 2-3 times since being notified to fix.
Each time, the leaking head is shut off and the leak moves one head up
toward Horsetooth. This has resulted in lawns near the corner of Hickok
drying out and I believe now all heads are turned off along Seneca.

After the lawn being killed by Round-up last year, I have replanted grass
twice and again recently. I now am hand watering, mostly at night, to fill
in the bare spots and making some headway. Would you please demand that
Precision get water along Seneca and Hickok on a regular basis until the
automatic system is working properly?
