Ran zone at 493 for 20 minutes to determine if irrigation system was source of wash out. Located area with fill dirt, filled voided area under walk. Repaired broken drip line tee in island at end of Clubhouse Court….and determined the pressure regulator was source of major restriction….sufficient to impede the flow to drip section of 487. Reconfigured tie in to line that feeds 487, sans regulator. Increasing diameter of opening at tie in improved flow to drip area at 487. – Mark
