Additional locations of stressed turf. I see your flags and some excavation and know you are working on some of these. Thanks, Mark. THE REST OF THE SITE IS TERRIFIC!

  1. Turf between 445 Clubhouse Court and the fence, and between 445 Clubhouse Court and 449 Clubhouse Court: several areas of stressed turf
  2. Turf in front lawn of 585 and 591 Clubhouse Drive
  3. Turf behind 585 Clubhouse Drive just below the fence
  4. Turf in front of 505 Clubhouse Drive where driveway meets pavement
  5. Turf along driveway at 531 Clubhouse Drive
  6. Turf in front of 451 Clubhouse Court where driveway meets pavement
  7. Turf at the north side of the entrance to Clubhouse Drive, near the orange fire hydrant, does not appear to be responding.

Will follow up on additional areas mentioned.  Area by orange hydrant and west of 441 was just worked on yesterday.  A significant improvement in both places should be noticeable soon. – Mark

Replaced 22 plugged or damaged spray nozzles throughout grass areas of addresses listed. Check and adjust on each. Noticed in process of checking….that Station #17 on the marquis controller (covers turf areas in front yards of 465-491 Clubhouse Drive)….is activating TWO large control valves. On their own, each valve is pushed to max downstream pressure and throw of sprayheads. But running both on one zone severely hampers the effectiveness of every head. I noticed there is an extra wire in one of the valve boxes. I may try to see if it has continuity to the controller. If so, can separate 17 “west” from east and program the corresponding number of “new” wire to run that valve. In lieu of that….and considering the jumbled mass of incoherence that IS the wire splice box below said controller….I recommend a Node be purchased to run one of the valves apart. Also, started off the morning by application of fertilizer to larger areas of stressed grass on hill below golf course fence….and behind 413 Clubhouse Court…as per instruction of supervisor. Attachments would not allow all 22 photos to be uploaded.  Please refer to billing description for additional 12 photos not posted here.

Reopening due to this addendum. As per multiple discussions with Precision supervisors and Mike from FAIRWAY HOA…installed new single zone HUNTER NODE on Friday, 8/4….to create separate zone in 465-491 Clubhouse Drive area. Tested and verified sufficient pressure/volume to justify install. Spray head throw significantly improved.  Verified at controller that Station 17 still opened other valve. That zone now also improved.  Turf stress should be substantially mitigated. As per discussion with Mike….and based on his heads up regarding new wiring in thst area in the coming months….it was decided to keep the Node as Precision property. Precision will extract the Node upon rewiring of valves. – Mark
