Behind 4115 Stoneham cir. There appears to be a leaking valve or sprinkler head. I have placed a white flag at the location. The area surrounding it is puddling and sopping wet! Also, it appears the remains green belt is not being watered. This is evident by the dry dirt around the trees and zero growth between mowings over the past two weeks. a common issue after they are turned off for raining days.
