The following items need taken care of:

  1. Deadhead all rose bushes.
  2. Remove low dead tree limbs. 
  3. Give proposal for trimming trees.
  4. REPAIR DRIP SYSTEM on west side of the property, providing irrigation to flowerpots. This is to be no charge, due to string trimmer damage.
