My name is Melissa and I am on the Board for Heron Lakes Lifestyle community in Berthoud and the Board was doing a walk through and we notices a significant leak in the back yard of 3144 Heron Lakes property possible a stuck solenoid but it is flooding the back yard south side garden area and onto the golf course area |

Yesterday, I turned on the master valve and checked all the zones on the clock for leaks and nothing came to my attention. All of the zones went off when I triggered them to go off and I could not find a leak back or front. I did see a little drip leak in front where I added a plug on the drip, and I replaced a few cracked nozzles I noticed, but nothing critical was spotted. Please submit this again if this is ever noticed to be happening another time. Thank You! |
