From: Mary Rountree Hello! I moved into my new home at The Lakes at Centerra in June. I submitted a voided check to you by mail last month and I wanted to make sure that it was received and that I am set-up for automatic payment of the HOA fee. Also, since I’ve moved in, the parkway strip of land by the street has never been mowed. I’ve been advised that it is the HOA’s responsibility to take care of this area. At this point, there are some weeds that are 3 feet high and very unsightly. Can you please advise when this will be taken care of?
