Please contact Precision and ensure the sprinkler system is on and checked.
As I have been meeting with the tree bid companies, they have all mentioned
that the drip system and sprinklers are not adequately watering some of the
trees, specifically around the entrance signs. The same may be true in the
community area by the new blue spruces that were planted this year and last
year (mostly because the previous two trees died). I verified that the drip
system was present by the two new spruces when the trees were planted,
however, I am not sure if it runs or how long it runs. Also the grass in
the entrance and the community area is starting to show some stress due to
not enough water.
