I would like if you don’t mow my front yard, 2920 Heron Lakes Pkwy, w/ your riding mower. I know it’s faster but they make very sharp and fast turns and dig ruts into the yard. Also they leave tire marks on the driveway & I just had the concrete overlaid w/ stone and I don’t want the riding mower to damage it. Hello Mr. Clausen, Unfortunately that is not something that will happen. Our contract with your HOA is to mow the neighborhood in the most efficient manner that we can provide. We already have to mow 80% of the backyards due to the size of the gates not allowing our riding lawn mowers to fit. Your HOA does not pay for front yards to be mowed by push mower. I would ask that you provide any photos of the damage you are claiming in the front yard. If this is not a satisfactory answer, reach out to the HOA as they are who we work for. Joe |
