Please adjust irrigation heads behind 5901 Bromborough, on Monday. Some
irrigation water is over spraying into this sweat old ladies’ yard and
causing all kinds of issues.

Hello,
We will set up a work order to have the irrigation adjusted.
If you see an issue, please report to the District office and we will make
a work order when needed.
Irrigation is checked every two weeks by an irrigation tech, not daily
basics.
With all the rain we have had the drainage has not been able to keep up.

Subject: Sprinklers in common area
Hi,
My name is Rebecca Schuessler. I would like the sprinklers directly behind
my home (west of our fence) in the common area to be adjusted
appropriately. Currently one directly hits my yard as it pivots 360
degrees. The sprinkler zone the aforementioned sprinkler is in, overwaters
the area as well, resulting in a saturated, overgrown, mosquito producing
mess.
I have reached out to Precision previously because the crew manning the
mowers neglect to discharge the grass away from my mulch and rock areas of
my yard. This problem along with the lack of monitoring the sprinkler
system is discouraging and disappointing considering their contract.
Please forward my complaint immediately to the appropriate point of
contact.
