Hello Jenny,
Please advise Precision that they need to attend to an outstanding issue
with my sprinkler system. A few weeks ago when they fired up the system for
a test run, my drip system failed to stop running. I called the emergency
service line and a tech stopped by and replaced the solenoid for the drip
system but did not wire it up. The new solenoid is installed which stopped
the flow but of course will not function when activated as its unwired. In
addition the old solenoid is still connected and lying at the bottom of the
box. A flag was placed by the box by the tech which I assume indicates that
service is required but the lawn cutting crew removed the flag and
therefore no further action has taken place. It would be good to have this
matter resolved as someday in the near future temps will rise and the rains
will stop.
