Hi Jennifer,

I received a phone call from Lou Prange, concerning the wires that are exposed outside his phone utility box.

Yesterday, when Precision was mowing and trimming, they severed the wires and caused a Wi-Fi outage to Lou’s house – 5852 Watson.  As Lou works from home, this was a major disruption for him until Century Link repaired it, later today.

I went and took pictures of the box, and I am asking whom should be responsible for getting the wires back inside the box?

I do not fault Precision – the wires shouldn’t be exposed, and it is surprising that this hadn’t happened sooner.  But also, to alert Precision of the issue for future trimmings, until the situation is resolved.

Can you please research this and give us thoughts on how to remedy the situation?
