“I think I should bring this issue to your attention. There is a tree stump from a tree that was cut down right by the mailboxes on Arlington near the park.
It sticks up out of the ground about 5 or 6 inches.
It is a real tripping hazard and someone checking their mail, especially after dark could easily take a fall. I think it would be wise to have this stump ground down or removed. HOA sure doesn’t need a lawsuit,
