Hello Blakelee gosh I do not want to be that guy that is just a pain. But a few nights ago one of my tenants whom is 6 mo pregnant slipped and fell on ice on the side walk. I know that the snow removal crew has done what they could.
My question to you is has this been brought to the attention to landmark as a possibility of an drainage issue? These photos were taken on 2/10/23 my concern is the liability I may have with this situation and obviously the concern for my tenant whom is pregnant they have resorted to only using the garage as access. Because of the unsafe sidewalk conditions. Thank you so much in helping resolve this issue.
