Not trying to be a PITA here, but I am still getting these emails kicked
back to me. I did submit a ticket online, but as I previously said this is
the format that 99% of the emailed complaints I get come in as, and if I
need to quickly forward them (like if it’s over the
weekend/holiday/vacation and I’m working off my phone) the ticket email
isn’t going to work for me/my properties.

See below; we need to spread ice melt on this pretty much every day and

Hi Blakelee, I’m sorry to keep bugging you but this is getting very
dangerous and now I can’t get deliveries to my door because the ice is so
bad. See attached photos. I tried to break some of it up, but it’s not very

Thank you Blakelee. Is there anyway to have them check periodically when

Hi Blakelee, can you please have some salt thrown on the walk on front of
6251 Vernazza way? The snow melt runs across the sidewalk and freezes
because it’s north facing and gets no sun all day
