Sunday Morning Snow Storm Update

Happy Sunday, Everyone!

Today’s weather brought us a lighter snowfall than initially projected. Instead of the forecasted 5 inches, Northern Colorado has seen an average accumulation closer to 0.5 inches. Due to warm ground temperatures, we’re observing that much of the snow is quickly melting, leaving roadways more slushy than truly snow-covered, although there are some patches of ice.

Our dedicated team has been vigilantly monitoring the conditions since 2 AM. Based on real-time assessments and as the storm seems to be subsiding, we’ve decided to limit our snow removal operations today. Snow removal crews will only be deployed to associations or businesses where snow accumulation has exceeded 0.5 inches. Consequently, most HOA members should not expect snow removal services today.

Should you have any queries or require further clarification, feel free to reach out to our snow removal team at [email protected].

Here’s to enjoying the first snow day of the year with some football and quality family time!

Stay warm and safe!
