First and foremost, Happy New Year!!
Nothing like a snowstorm to kick off 2023. Today, snow is expected throughout the day and current radar models show the snow stopping in Northern Colorado around 8:00 PM this evening.
As of right now (4:45 AM), we are operating with the following snow accumulation.
Fort Collins: 1″ – 1.25″
Loveland: 1″- 1.25″
Windsor: 0.5″ – 1″
Berthoud: 0.75″ – 1″
Greeley: 1″ – 1.5″
The crews in charge of attending to the businesses, commercial properties, and health care facilities deployed at 3:00 AM this morning to begin ice mitigation to get ahead of the falling snow.
This storm is projecting to drop another 1″ on us throughout the day today. We will deploy the crews to HOAs when the snow has stopped. We will continue to monitor the storm and update you accordingly.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, please let us know.
Warm regards,
