Dear Ptarmigan Residents,
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding irrigation throughout the Ptarmigan neighborhood.
Our team at Precision Landscape and Maintenance began activating the irrigation systems across the entire community this week, including the Master Association and all subassociations — The Villas, Creekside, and The Cottages. While systems are being brought online and checked for functionality, we are holding off on setting the irrigation schedules to run at this time.
With moisture still in the forecast and recent rainfall contributing to healthy soil moisture levels, we feel it is in the best interest of the HOA budget and landscape health to delay running the irrigation until conditions warrant it. Once the rain subsides and temperatures begin to rise, we will begin setting the irrigation clocks accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping the neighborhood green and beautiful this season.
