I am checking in to report an irrigation problem along the fence line just
South of 3100 Regatta Lane #4. It was first reported to me after 5
yesterday evening by neighbors on the other side of the fence. I went out
and checked the area and didn’t notice any standing or running water and
the president of thei neighborimg association had observed the same thing
earlier. We talked to the owner of the unit and we all agreed that it was
not an emergency situation.

I went over last night to observe the situation when the sprinklers were on
and there was no geyser but I could here some gurgling coming from along
the fence line. It sounded like water was coming out but not spraying. I
didn’t examine any closer as it was dark and other sprinklers were spraying
in the area.

I checked again this morning and noted that there was no standing or
running water in the neighbor’s area but it was definitely very wet. I
also noticed a hole in the ground about a foot deep, 8 inches long and 6
inches wide about 2 feet from the fence which looked like it could be
eroded from excessive water in that area. The hole was there when I
checked yesterday afternoon but it seemed a bit deeper today with more
erosion going on from the bottom of the
hole moving underground toward the fence.

Could you please have Precision check out this situation and make the
necessary repairs.
