A couple months ago when Precision did their sprinkler system inspection they marked three areas in my backyard with flags and 3 in my front yard. They performed the maintenance on the front yard, but never returned to do anything in the backyard. Their flags are still in place and they see these each week when they are out to mow, but they have never serviced the system as I can tell, and the grass around that area is now dead.
