contact information while he’s out of the office.
I received word from the folks at The Anchor Church that there’s a leak in
a PVC pipe on the east side of the building. I checked it out yesterday and
it’s the irrigation line for the lawn sprinklers where it exits the
backflow preventer on the side of the building. Looks like the PVC pipe has
aged and developed a crack near one of the fittings causing the leak.
Does the association have a landscape company contracted for sprinkler line
repairs? I think a section of the pipe probably needs to be replaced.
