Olivia – thanks for taking those actions. I’ve regularly observed daytime grass watering in HOA common areas, as well as throughout in the Bungalows; both of those areas are controlled by timers set by Precision with water paid for by the HOA. It’s time for Precision to minimize our HOA water costs by setting the timers to ONLY operate between 9 pm and 5 am. Do you agree and could you pls. have Precision follow that protocol?

Thanks very much Tom. We’ve been trying to save water on that tap and this might help explain our overages.
We’ll get the announcement podium fixed.

Subject: BH Pool info sign & overwatering
Olivia – catching up on a couple of HOA maintenance needs. The large info sign next to the pool house is missing the sliding plexiglass access cover door for some reason. Also, the areas being watered in front of the patio homes on Nancy Gray (2203 and 2209) just east of Haymaker are being overwatered. Most of the water is running off into the street and down the drain. This watering is also occurring during daylight hours, thus also wasting water by doing that watering during the time of maximum evaporation.
This watering is connected to the HOA sprinkler system within the oval for some reason dating back to the beginning of the subdivision in 2006-07, so these 2 patio homeowners have been and are getting free grass watering and the whole HOA membership is paying for it.
I’d appreciate it if Precision could fix this particular overwatering situation and also set all the turf and planter bed watering for the HOA common areas to occur between 9 pm and 5 am, so the evaporation is minimized and we all get the best values for our HOA water costs.
Thanks.
