Hey Rane,

I just woke up this morning and saw this in the alley behind 2327 Nancy
Gray Ave in Bucking Horse. Obviously we haven’t had any rain so I am
guessing a sprinkler popped or else that one by the tree is malfunctioning
again. This has happened before. Also, a new wrinkle, half that tree is
dying.. Can someone take a look to see what may be going on? Thanks!
