6450 Half Moon Bay Dr The Sprinklers in the back of our yard went off this morning. Two sprinkler heads closest are not going off and the grass is very dry. |

This is actually for 6435 Half Moon Bay…as there is no 6450. Checked the ticket creator name and Googled to verify. Homeowner was home and corroborated…then showed location. Checked all applicable valves in area (opened manually)…all sprinklers working properly. Flag by box of one of the valves feeding area. Valve functions mechanically…so replaced solenoid. Tried testing, but unable to determine which zone applied to controller. Homeowner stated he would monitor and follow up if necessary. Also, checked adjacent zone toward 6427…also extra dry. Discovered valve only open part way…opened flow control to fully open. Checked for any leaks to support idea of closing…none detected. Valve opens and closes properly. Both areas should improve with time…ran applicable zones manually to help with deficit. – Mark |
