This was on our inspection report and needs to be fixed before 6/23 prior to the buyer’s walk through.
Trees and vegetation are in contact with the siding and/or roof. Which can promote insect and pest access and infestation in and around the structure. It is recommended that these limbs be trimmed away from the home. |

Good afternoon, Please be advised that any trimming performed outside of our scheduled semi-annual visits must be paid for by the homeowner. If you would like the HOA to cover these costs, please contact your property management company for approval. |
