Good morning!
We are now deploying all of our crews to begin snow removal at our HOA properties. Even though it is still snowing, once the snow is pushed the ground becomes wet and the remaining snow begins to melt. This is similar to what happens on a surface that a car drives over. Once it is touched or driven on, it melts quickly.
Our crews will be working throughout the day to get every property cleared. This storm has produced a wet and heavy snow that is compressing rapidly, so you may see depths that look lower than expected in some areas.
Here are the updated snowfall depths we are seeing across the region.
West Fort Collins, 3 to 5 inches
West Loveland, 4 to 5 inches
East Fort Collins, 2 to 2.5 inches
East Loveland, 2 to 3 inches
Timnath, 1 to 2 inches

Johnstown, 2.5 to 3 inches

Good morning!
Our snow removal crews have all been deployed and are currently working on our commercial properties and high priority roadways. Snow is expected to continue for a few more hours, with current forecasts showing it tapering off around 9:00 or 10:00 AM.
Once we see that the snowfall is beginning to slow down, we will shift our crews over to our HOA contracts. This is the first accumulated snow of the season, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as our teams work through the storm.
Below are the snowfall depths we are currently seeing across the region.
West Fort Collins, 2 to 2.5 inches
West Loveland, 2.5 to 3 inches
East Fort Collins, 1.5 to 2 inches
East Loveland, 1.5 to 2 inches
Timnath, 1 to 1.5 inches
Windsor, 1 to 1.5 inches
Johnstown, 2 to 2.5 inches
Greeley, 1 to 1.5 inches
Once the snow begins to stop, I will send out another update with a full list of all properties that will receive service today based on the trigger depths outlined in each contract.
Warm Regards,
Joe Potkanowicz
