Hello Joe,
Please see the below image. It looks like the homeowner has been driving on
the rocks and possibly hit the drain spout and has exposed and damaged the
drip system. Can you please have a crew clean up this area, fix the rocks ,
bury the drip, attach the gutter and get give us your opinion opinion on
what happened here. Also can you please move this to the top of your list
since this resident has been complaining. Thanks, Dom
