Hello,

My house backs up to the green space on the north east corner of Iowa and
drake in the buckinghorse neighborhood. There is a sprinkler head that
needs repair as it is stuck in one position and does not rotates like the
others. It is therefore causing flooding in one area and brown grass
elsewhere. Can you please advise?
