Hey Lady,
These homeowners let me know that the drip line for the shrub outside of
their fence and they are well out of warranty, so I think this would go to
the maintenance crew. Can you please have them check and repair this? It is
at the NE corner of the building near the common area sidewalk. This
picture is old, I have already replaced the shrub. Thank you!
