Morning Joe,
I’m checking for leaks on the south side of my house, and I need to know
when the drip system runs. The stem wall in my garage on the south side is
flaking and looks like it might be damaged by water. There could be many
reasons for this, but I’d rather check the drip system first before digging
into the foundation. Could you let me know when the drip system runs? Or,
if you’re more comfortable, we can schedule a time for you to come over and
check it. Appreciate your help here.
