Joe,
It appears that the techs worked on my sprinkler head, thank you. Is it
possible for one of your irrigation people to come by and run the
sprinklers to see if it is repaired correctly? It is so far below the
surface, as it was before, that it was not able to clear the ground when
popping up. I see no sign of a sprinkler head and I never see them running
as I don’t know the schedule.
I don’t mean to be a sceptic but after planting all new grass last summer
due to faulty sprinklers that appeared to be going on for some time. I
can’t go through that again. I’m not trying to be a problem for you but I
never see them run. If someone could send me the run schedule for the back
sprinklers then I can verify it’s working for myself.
I appreciate your help.

I will check with the irrigation techs and see what the status of that is.

timeline on this repair?
I didn’t feel it necessary to put in a request
since the person doing the testing was the one who said it would get
repaired. I’m just not aware of when this will be completed nor will I be
notified when finished.
