Hi Olivia
I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding what appears to be
an HOA-installed sprinkler head located on the front corner of our property
at 2621 Palomino Court, near the cul-de-sac.
The sprinkler is positioned right along the concrete walkway that leads
down toward the park. If you stand at the angle where the walkway curves,
you should be able to see it—it’s currently exposed, as I’ve left it
unburied for inspection.
We noticed water recently bubbling up from that area, and after testing our
own irrigation system, we confirmed it’s not tied to our setup. The head is
a Rain Bird SAM PRS 5000, and it’s buried about a foot below the surface,
under our gravel border. It doesn’t appear to be damaged, but it may be
worth checking to make sure everything is functioning properly, especially
for maintaining the nearby HOA-maintained lawn.
If it’s not something the HOA wants to maintain, I’m happy to cap it on my
end—but I wanted to flag it first in case it’s important for overall
coverage.
