Joe, a sprinkler head was identified as not working in my backyard when
they tested them last week. It has not yet been repaired. Can you give me a
timeline on this repair?
I didn’t feel it necessary to put in a request since the person doing the
testing was the one who said it would get repaired. I’m just not aware of
when this will be completed nor will I be notified when finished.
