Subject: Watering & Weeds Throughout The Shores

Blakelee,

Good morning! I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend.

As I walked around the community this weekend I saw a number of places where we have some definite landscape care needs.

As you will see from the pictures attached, grasses throughout the neighborhood are sorely in need of regular watering and perhaps some fertilizer. (The last picture is possibly Metro District property but there are several spots in grassy areas where weeks are overgrowing the sidewalk as well as in grass parcels). In addition, in the grassy areas there are numerous spots where weeds are cropping up.

Can you please advise if Precision will be turning on regular sprinkling now that the “unofficial start of summer – Memorial Day” has passed? What is their policy on weed removal?
