Subject: Casa Grande – Snow Plow Damage

Hello Rane!
We are having email server issues and I am unable to send emails from my
Trademark email account, though I can receive emails.
Please see below from a homeowner at Casa Grande:
“The snow removal crew from Precision caused significant damage to the turf
along the sidewalk in the community. This is especially true along Hickok
between Seneca and Laredo (in front of 3344 Hickok) and along the south
side of Laredo. The large chunks of turf along the sidewalk are a
reflection of the damage. The area in front of 3514 Laredo is another
example of the extensive damage.
I think this issue needs to be addressed with Precision to ensure that they
are aware of the damage they are causing. If we don’t let them know about
the damage, they have no reason to try to do better and will think this
result is acceptable. One contributor to the damage is the excessive speed
at which the plows are being operated. Consideration should be given to
using a different piece of equipment to clear the sidewalks to achieve a
better result. If using the plows to clear the sidewalk causes this type
of damage, we should consider having them hand shovel the sidewalks instead
of using the plows.
For reference, I have attached several of the more than 30 pictures I have
taken of the damage. I placed a yardstick beside the affected area to
provide a sense of the scale of the damaged area. A minimal amount of
damage is to be expected but the damage done by the plows is way beyond
reasonable and acceptable. We should ask Precision what they can do to
repair the damaged areas.”
