Lastly, as I drove through the west front entrance at 9:30 pm on Friday, September 6th, I observed quite a bit of residual excess water on the south side entrance street from the east end of the median going south across the street and down the west side of Turman Drive. Can you have Precision inspect the associated sprinkler heads in the median (and possibly in the turf area southeast of the median) to understand why excess water would be running down the street and adjust accordingly?

Myself and Tech Schuett checked all zones in areas described. Minor adjustments made to some sprinklers, but nothing broken that would create excess water similar to what is described. Checked run times and water % on both controllers and Nodes. Reduced water percentage across the board. Reduced specific zone runtimes in some cases. NOTE: Actions taken will mitigate excess…it will not eliminate it. Often what is witnessed is timing…during or right after zones are running, there WILL be some excess. There are some overlapping issues onto hardscapes in order to maintain coverage of grass. It is also a result of poor design in many cases. Will monitor, and reduce runtimes additionally as fall season fully commences. – Mark
