I very much appreciate you sending the attached video to me.

Yesterday, I spoke with Precision’s Nomar and Joe about these two
sprinklers, and they said that was the intended design of the sprinklers.

From the video, I agree with you that it looks pretty meager compared to
the other heads in the video.

Kirk. It’s Gary Heath once again at 5840 Watson Drive. The grass section
next door to me at 5834 is still not getting properly watered. I noticed
yesterday the folks from Precision were out but they have not switched out
the sprinkler heads in that section. Until they do that that section is
going to continue to be dead when the sun comes back here in a day or two.
I have attached a video to explain what I’m talking about. Sorry to be a
pain about this one but if they don’t fix it right it’s not going to be any
better
