This is the third time that I have submitted a ticket on this problem! My address is 6589 Royal Country Down Drive, Windsor, and when the drip system is on a river forms between my home and the house to the east as it did again this morning. There is so much water that it flows over the sidewalk and into the street. Please take care of this problem. Thank you, Kerry Abelson |
