Saw your request and a work order has been made, this is a non-potable
water system as the water is un-treated and clogging can happen, which will

Good Evening,
I am sending another email because I didn’t receive any reply today from
your office and did not have anyone from Precision come repair / clean the
sprinkler heads as they are still not working this evening. When we don’t
get water out of all of the heads properly we begin to get brown spots in
our yard where areas don’t receive adequate water. Please contact
Precision and have them send someone to repair and or clean out our
sprinkler heads.
I would also appreciate some contact reply from you letting me know that
you have read / are taking action / or a quick got it & on it; seems like
common curtsey and good business practice.

Our sprinkler system came on this afternoon and we once again have three
sprinkler heads that are plugged. The man that is in charge of the
sprinkler system with Precision told us that our home is at the end of the
run and we will continue to get muddy / mucky clogs in our system and it
seems if they know this they would just have us on a regular schedule to
clean our heads; sure would cut down on the number of times my husband and
I have to complain to you or your staff and then you have to contact
Precision and have them come fix the problems. Perhaps you could also
request this as it really would save both of us time!
Can you please have Precision come clean sprinkler heads in our yard ASAP
as three are not working properly.
