The Sprinkler or drip system immediatley below the deck needs to be adjusted since it is spraying up to the elevated deck. Also the northwest corner of the house has a drip head broken since the water is excessive. I cannot seem to catch the system when it is on to determine the location of these problems. There are also yellowing gras along the driveway that may not be getting water. Thanks for your help |

Checked all issues noted. Two broken rotors in back. Two others needed adjustment. Replaced broken rotors….checked and adjusted. Two spray nozzles in front needed replacing….plugged or insufficient coverage. Replaced nozzles and adjusted. One sprayhead in front was crooked and not covering area next to driveway…dug up and straightened. Checked drip, but no leaks, excess detected. Owner thought issue had been addressed in a prior ticket. – Mark |
