Danielle, Dave, Patrick and I were on a Zoom Meeting Sat morning to review
the documents. Dave mentioned he was out walking this morning and said the
grass is looking Terrible in many areas because of no water and the
flower/plant beds are full of weeks. I see Precision just billed us $682.60
for sprinkler repair and they left a hole where they dug up a sprinkler
(email to you from Patrick) about 3 weeks ago. I wonder if Precision has
been back to check on the sprinklers to make sure they are working properly
after the repairs. Dave said he would be willing to meet with Precision
this coming week to point out the problems if you could set up a meeting.
