Hi Tina,
Riley is out of the office and I am filling in. The tech that is
responsible for River West has been out of the office dealing with a
suicide in the family. As of today he has returned to work and is rocking
and rolling on tackling these adjustments. Regardless of the days, we
want as much irrigation occuring in the night as possible. We usually
never let homeowners know of the schedule because it is ever changing to
accommodate the ever changing weather. The second we change the day or
time, Connor, Riley and I will get spammed with emails saying their water
did not come on. As long as the grass is green, we will take it! Mr.
Norman though has a very valid concern and we will ensure that all
irrigation occurs at night. The only irrigation that will not is drip
which we run during the day.
I just put a ticket in the system for the tech to make this happen. Connor
will see the status of the ticket as it works through the pipeline.
