Riley,
I was going to have Jeff Herman put in a normal irrigation trouble
report. Since Precision did work about his drainage problem I was not sure
if this sprinkler cycling could have anything to do with the work done on
the drainage problem. Thought it might be best to keep them separate.
Hoping you can have the proper people take a look at this.

Precision came out on Monday and did the work to fix the flooding problem,
it looks like it worked as with all the rain yesterday the water was
draining away from the house.
We noticed Tuesday when our sprinklers came on that our cycles were very
short compared to both our neighbors and the back sprinklers didn’t come on
at all.
Not an issue right now with all the rain, but we noticed our back area was
very dry prior to the latest downpours.
If you could have someone check this out for us?
We did notice that there was a man working on Doug’s house to the west
