Hi Joe.  I’m sure the snow over the last few days has been keeping you hopping.

I used to be on the Board for HOA III and enjoyed working with you. Thank you for filling in with dirt/seed around the Metro District sprinkler box repair behind my house at 6009 Crooked Stick Drive.  The grass has grown in around the box nicely.

On another note, unfortunately the motorized red stand up plow you are using dripped fluid on my driveway and side walk last week.  I would appreciate it if you would clean up the spill when the weather improves.  By the time I waved off the operator, he had already come up to our garage, even though we had already shoveled the snow off.

I also wanted to ask you not plow our driveway and sidewalk at 6009 Crooked Stick Drive (down the street from Russ’s). My wife and I have always shoveled it ourselves and don’t need your folks to do it.  This will keep any further issues from occurring. We usually have it shoveled by the time your folks come by and they typically bypass our driveway anyway.
